Dev Khalsa Photography is looking for a part-time Studio Manager. Our ideal candidate is someone who wants to grow with the studio, is enthusiastic about working with us, is prides themselves in their organization and attention to detail. The Studio Manager position supports Dev Khalsa as an office manager on a day-to-day basis, is savvy with computers, and has good client interaction skills. Above all, we are looking to find someone who is passionate and believes in what we are doing, someone who understands the Dev Khalsa Photography aesthetic and has a positive attitude!

Studio Manager Tasks:

  • Setting the tone for the studio’s communication by answering the phone, greeting guests and serving as the liaison with our clients and partners 

  • Providing personal and professional administrative support to the owner, Dev Khalsa

  • Communicating and troubleshooting with outside vendors to maintain studio operations

  • Managing the studio calendar and ensuring all day-to-day activities run smoothly. 

  • Owning and managing all photo studio administrative requirements including paperwork

  • Serving as a social liaison with other vendors and partners in our Valley

Qualifications:

  • Related work experience in an office setting  

  • Proficiency in MAC Operating System and Microsoft Office

  • Strong written and oral communication skills 

  • Meticulous attention to detail

  • Team oriented attitude and strong work ethic  

  • Ability to multi-task and take direction 

  • Positive and energetic attitude
